  • Excellence Award

    This entry is dedicated to all of you…

     As most of you know..recently I have been busy at work (YEAH finally !) mainly because my company FY08 has just ended in March and we had company dinner to welcome FY09! During this dinner, we would reflect about the previous year performances, which department performs the best, how much did we achieve and most importantly to award some VIPs… *ehm*ehm*   

    Just a bit of the background of the award: It’s to recognize staffs that are hardworking, efficient, super important, always attentive and shows qualities of a leader, responsible, encouraging, positive, creative thinker… etc..etc…

    One of the award winner of the night possessed ALL the above mentioned characteristics PLUS the following : friendly, sweet, independent, supportive, empowering, think far and beyond, good planner, fun,  loving, loves nature and animals...etc etc…If I have to use idioms to describe her….it has to be something like this : this person is as pretty as Sleeping Beauty, as kind hearted as Snow White, as hardworking as Cinderella, as brave as Mulan, as generous as Princess Diana, elegant as Audrey Hepburn and as talented as Sammi Cheng, yan geen yan oi, Chris Tomlin geen doe yik wui siong oi..!!! The company has decided that there is NONE who is worthy of the award…besides the ONE & ONLY : MISS DRAMAQUEEN!!!!!!!!!!

    *a thunderous roars and cheers and handsclapping*

     

    “OMG?!! This is incredible!!! Really? Oh my Oh my. Oh my..!! WOW check this out! *sheepish laughing*  Looking at the cert...(Actually it's just a piece of paper) Oh my gosh! Thank you so much people. I can hardly breathe!! *FoooHH!!* Woooh! Ok Ok.. Ok..*smiles* Thank you SO much for this people...ermm..ermm.. I….I would like to thank God for blessing me with this award. THANK YOU JESUS!! And also would like to thank my friends and family who have been my greatest supporter when I first join this company. I still remember there are times when I really felt like QUITTING  giving up..but these wonderful souls have been THERE! JuuuUuussSstTtTt lovely!! ...*sheepish laughing AGAIN* AND AND..oh GoSH..pls help me remember my words..EMMMRMM...ERMM..YESSS!! How can I forget? I wanna thank my company for giving me so much opportunities to unleash my potential in blogging in my job. Thank you for believing in me and you guys have taught me SOOOoOooo MUCH!!! I’m so honoured and fortunate to be here tonight and I PROMISE I will work harder next year!!! got that? I won't disappoint you..and I...*music begins. Trumpet & orchestra resound* ARGH!! DON’T PLAY THE MUSIC!!! I'm NOT DONE!! *Trumpet sound dies off abruptly* I ... I...oh Gosh..please I don’t know when I can stand up here again....YES!!! I want to thank zoomilie..sammi cheng....ermmerm.. chris tomlin and and..and… *music begins AGAIN* OK Ok!! Thank you !! Thank you!! SO SO MUCH!! *music goes LOUDER!!* DQ pissed and exclaimed louder!! THANK YOU GUYS!! I LOVE ALL OF YOU!!

    Then she lifted up her pathetic-recylcle-paper cert and gave her final words.."This is for ALL of you!!" She gave flying kisses and waves like a mad woman before going off stage…Did that REALLY happen?  Decide for yourself… Is the award for DQ true? YES !
